All orders will be printed after the online store has closed. Please email mikaila@downtownthreadsok.com if you have questions regarding your order.

How preorders work:

We open the store, collect orders for a period of time, close the store, order blank items, print precisely to order, and then fulfill individual orders, so we don't hold any stock of preorder items. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the close of the store to the arrival of your item. All items are FINAL sales, due to the nature of the preorder stores we are unable to offer exchanges or accept returns. We cannot accept orders past the close date, as our orders are time-sensitive.

Due to limited stock availability, we may need to find a garment substitution that will be close to the original color.
